Mayor James Damiano  

James Belford Damiano is a lifelong resident of Little Falls and has served as Mayor since 2017.  Prior to being elected Mayor, he was a member of the Township Council, where he sat for two years.  Before serving on the Township Council, he was a member of the Passaic Valley Board of Education from 2008 until 2012.  (click for more)

Council President Anthony Sgobba

Anthony was elected to the Township Council in 2016.  A thirty-year resident of Little Falls, Anthony is married to his wife Marie, and they have twin children.   He is a 1982 graduate of Passaic Valley High School and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University.  In addition to being Council President of Little Falls, Anthony also is an owner of Sgobba Monument Works . Councilman Chris Vancheri

Chris Vancheri has been a member of the Township Council since 2017.  He has been a coach, commissioner and a board member of the Little Falls Athletic Club since 2011.  He received a Bachelor's Degree in Communications from William Paterson University and is the Associate Director, Corporate Affairs for Eisai.  Chris lives on Hopson Avenue with his wife Sonia, daughter Isabel, and their son Evan.  (Click for more)

Councilwoman Christine Hablitz

Christine Hablitz was elected to the Township Council in 2020 and is a longtime resident of the Singac section of Little Falls.  She and her husband Eric have raised their blended family of three children in Little Falls, all of whom have graduated the local school systems.

Christine is a graduate of Eastwick College, where she earned a certificate in Medical Assisting. She has worked in the healthcare field for over 20 years, most recently as a medical assistant in a COVID-19 unit at Hackensack University Medical Center.

Al Kahwaty has been the Chaiman of the Passaic County Democratic Committee delegation from Little Falls since 2023.  Prior to this role, he was served on the Township Council  from 2019- 2022, and has been an active member of the Little Falls community for years.  He coached several baseball and soccer teams and is currently serving as  Co - Chairman of the Passaic County Film Commission, where he helped create and raise funds for a grant of production equipment to local schools.  Al has a degree in Theatre Arts with a minor in Business Administration from Rutgers University.  Al and his wife, Anne live on Morningside Circle with their son, Michael.   (Click for more)

Adam Zurbruegg

Adam is in his third term leading the Little Falls Democratic Club (LFDC), and he is also Municipal Vice Chair of the Passaic County Democratic Committee delegation from Little Falls. Since 2020, Adam has served as a Trustee of the Little Falls Public Library, and he has been a member of the town's Transportation Committee and Open Space Committee.
